One death, explained
The owner's own match, Inferno, round 1. Every line below is what wdid.gg shows on that death, with the other players named by role.

The bomb was planted on A and you were holding Balcony with a Glock in a 2v4. The killer at A Long had you in sight and you were looking at the killer, aim already on the shooter. You landed 24 first at 0:38; the killer's USP answered with a headshot at 0:39, a Glock against a USP at 26 m. Nothing in the round had placed the killer before that line opened.
You never had line of sight on the killer earlier in the round and no teammate died to the killer before you: there was no known spot to pre-aim.
After that first Glock hit, step off the line instead of waiting for the return. A Glock needs several hits to kill and the USP only needs one headshot if the target stays on the same line.
5 of your 13 coached deaths came with your crosshair on the wrong part of the next angle while the shooter already had a line. Clear the close boxes and walk-ups at head height before you settle on a hold.
On Balcony your crosshair sat on the wrong part of Truck and a shotgun headshot landed before you found the peek.
Every row above is measured from the demo; the two paragraphs marked PRO are the coach's. On the site each row is a button: it jumps the replay to that moment or lights the mark it describes on the map.
